I always rent a car from this Enterprise. The staff are always friendly,And seem to enjoy there jobs. They always work fast and efficiently.

Although I live in the Homestead area; I find cheaper rates, better customer service, & less wait times at other locations. Reservations are pointless. So, I stopped picking up rentals from this location a long time ago but continued to return rentals here (since it is close to home) until I saw that this only solved the first problem, not the other two. Still rude & slow...even to those of us who're simply returning rentals. So, I had to stop returning rentals to this location. There are a few decent employees here (so, maybe you'll get lucky) but they are overshadowed by the rude ones. None more disrespectful than the two facing the wall in the photo. These folks could learn much about good customer service from their counterparts at nearby locations.
Great experience as always. We had reserved our car for a Friday pick up n showed up on Wednesday ,because I had to work late on Friday, to see if my wife could pick up the car. We left with the car, an upgrade no less n a free day. Michael, the manager was great! Very courteous n professional . On our return, Michael immediately recognized us n remember the details of all.
I rented a GMC Terrain for our trip to Orlando. The vehicle was very spacious and comfortable. My only issue was the radio. It had satellite radio which worked fine, but the regular local radio had virtually no reception. Overall, good experience.
