Well for starters if you have medical insurance you'll be in and out of its an emergency. Very friendly staff, cafeteria food is very good. Especially the tuna sandwiches, it is also a low cost meal. Free wifi, also included a television in each room. For those without insurance i suggest Jackson south or Jackson memorial hospital.
I come we my wife she has a lot addominal pain after 3 hour waiting out side in the hallway one nursing aks what happened!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s sad I don’t recommend this hospital please avoid as possible
I give the hospital staff 4 stars for the way they care for my brother, however billing department is a different story (1 star), you can't get a live person to answer the phone to respond to any inquiries, all you get is for this option press another option and nobody answers, please fix this as this is critical to any patient after they are discharge.
All I can say u have some nurses who are just good at what they do.. met some wonderful ppl..Each experience I meet new nurses and great ppl.. shot out to nurse Katherine Tate I believe sorry if I got your last name wrong.. and they call you kat for short u are truly great..... u should remember me i told u about my baby father passing and u shared a story of yours too....
Front desk lady had no people skills. The doctor was very arrogant. The first nurse that saw my son was very sweet. The second nurse at the results waiting area was very short on her answers to our questions definitely not a people person I know it was July 4th and they don't want to be there but when you choose a career in the medical field you know beforehand that you will work on weekends and holidays. No need to take it out on patients.
