Hotel was well maintained and updated. Room and bathroom were clean. Front desk associate was very welcoming and answered all questions I had.
Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Stayed here for a few nights while in between working in Puerto Rico for hurricane Maria and the sale manager was very accommodating to us and made sure even when fully booked she could find us rooms in at least one of the three properties owned by the same owner there. Bar was very nice too.
The hotel was nice. However, the personnel were not approachable. They were helpful and polite if you asked for anything, but they never seemed happy with what they were doing.
Comfortable bed in clean room. They wanted $$ for the morning meal, so I went across the street to the Cuban restaurant for GREAT coffee and a much-too-large-portion breakfast; not that that should be read as a bad thing.
So totally beautiful! We enjoyed our stay. The entire staff were very courteous and friendly, which made our stay feel right at home. After a long day at work, we felt so relaxed and comfortable. I will spread the word to my family and friends. 10+ for superior hospitality! L.J.
