Very helpful staff, good prices. When we had an issue with the dog food, they were very understanding and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. It was not the stores fault, the same food from Amazon had the issue as well.
This local is very clean with good ventilation. I'm usually in/out in a few minutes. FYI, Samsung pay works great. The staff is friendly, has good varieties for pooches and cats, but aquatics seem restricted to general varieties.
Great experience employees very helpful, very friendly and professional. I walked inside to just buy a dog toys and ended up buying more than what I expected prices were great. The employees walk right up to you and ask you if you need help. The employee that walked up to me helped me select a variety of different appropriate dog toys and when I asked him where the rabbit food was he showed me a wide range of selection of rabbit food and toys for my pet. Very helpful staff overall help me locate a store closer where I live in pembroke pines.
