Can I add a - negative star, this place is aweful, they never answer the phone (not sure why they even have one). I also called the HQ, and I have been on hold now for over 40mins. This is terrible service.
Worst service. Especially if you are Handycaped. VA is bad but think this post office is worse. On top there phones say they are closed more than 30 minutes before they are even closed.
Worst costumer service.....they marked packages as delivered in parcel locker but when you check your main mailbox no key inside so you can open the parcel locker and get your packages. Definitely not ordering more online and if I do I rather pick it myself before a government employee steals my items. Filed a complaint let’s see if these thieves find the packages or give me the keys to get my packages.
Very shady mail carriers . Lost my mail and lie right to your face. They don't care..i put a case o. My so called lost mail. Pretty sure mail carrier stole it.
In the last month my mail has not been coming to my home. Went personally to the Princeton branch which it's where my mail come out off... I left disappointed and discussed at the so call branch manager..she didn't care and came across as, if, I was bordering her...who can we complain to who would reform this branch?
