This is a nice Petco. I get my dog groomed here and they do an excellent job every time. The staff is very kind and helpful. The ladies is the grooming Dept seem to really love their job and love the dogs which is great. The prices are fair and it takes a reasonable amount of time.
I had been coming to this petco for shopping and grooming for a while. Last time I attempted to make an appointment for grooming they said NO because my dog bites?! When every single time I picked him up from grooming asked how he did and always got "great" "awesome" as answers. Never got a complaint. All I know is I'm never coming back. Now, I prefer to support small businesses/ groomers who have a genuine love for animals (there are plenty out there).
Very poor. Standing around waiting for help. Had to yell to get attention of workers. Will not be going back
The lady did a wonderful job grooming my pekingese. She done everything just the way I wanted her too. I'm very pleased he was perfectly tooken care of.
